Our Story

A small business built
on genuine care

Born in East London. Rooted in community. Here for you.

Our treatment room
Who we are

We started small —
and we're proud of it

Catching Comfort Massage is a small, independent business based in East London. We're not a chain, not a franchise — just a passionate local team who believe that everyone deserves a moment of true rest and recovery.

We opened our first room in Shoreditch and have since grown to three locations across East London: Shoreditch, Aldgate East, and Liverpool Street. Every step of that growth has been driven by the trust and loyalty of our local community.

Being small means we can do things differently. Every session is personalised, every client is remembered, and no one is just a booking number to us.

What drives us

More than massage —
a community commitment

These are the principles we bring to every single session.

✦
Genuinely Local

We live and work in East London. Our therapists are part of this community — not hired hands flown in from a head office. When you support us, you support local.

✦
Personal Touch

We take the time to understand what your body needs before every session. No two people are the same, and no two massages should be either.

✦
No Hidden Extras

Hot stones are included in every session at no extra cost. We believe the full experience should be the standard — not an upsell.

Small business, big heart

Built from the ground up,
right here in East London

We started with one room, one therapist, and a belief that quality massage shouldn't be reserved for luxury hotels or expensive spas. We wanted to bring it to the high street — to real people, at honest prices.

Every booking you make helps us keep our doors open, pay our team fairly, and continue serving this neighbourhood we call home.

A note from us
We started Catching Comfort because we know how hard life in London can be. We wanted to create a place where people could genuinely switch off — even if just for an hour.
